Getting to know Adrian Gonzalez

As a practitioner in long-term recovery, my lived experience has allowed me to better understand my clients in the throes of their own addictions. After earning my Master’s in Counseling from West Texas A&M University, I set out to use my combined skill set to help people in their struggles. I enjoy sharing my love of family, exercise, nutrition, and sleep with my clients in the hope they find balance in their own lives as I have! Providing a safe space for my clients to feel validated and accepted is central to my approach to the therapeutic process. In doing so, examining and challenging self-limiting beliefs can be the entry point to much of their inner conflict. I enjoy helping my clients find healthier meaning in their problems and empowering them with the tools to become the best versions of themselves! After booking, Tava Health will text and email you a link to complete registration and join your video therapy session. Once you complete registration, you’ll be able to log in to Tava to join your session, book additional sessions, and message your therapist. Appointments are for talk therapy over video. This therapist cannot provide medication prescriptions, emotional support animal (ESA) letters, or immigration psychological evaluations.
