Getting to know Adrian Owen
I specialize in OCD and use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the most effective, evidence-based treatment for OCD. Beyond our sessions, you'll have access to ongoing support when you need it most, including direct messaging, support groups, and real-time help when OCD symptoms spike.
In OCD therapy, I'll build trust and an awesome therapeutic relationship with you, providing education on OCD and collaborating on your goals for treatment. Then I'll support you in crushing those goals. A changed life requires changed behaviors. ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) is the gold standard in OCD treatment. As long as you have an ounce of willingness to confront your fears, we can begin! In addition to OCD treatment, my areas of focus include addiction recovery, depression, anxiety, and the LGBTQIA+ community.
