As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern Arkansas University, I believe strengthening your mental health is very important for a happy and healthy lifestyle. The majority of my experience has been working in the school system with children ages 3-18. The children I worked with struggled with issues such as anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, ADHD, and ODD. However, since only being able to offer telehealth in my practice, my focus is now aimed more toward adolescents and adults.
