I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from California State University, Northridge, who approaches the therapeutic relationship with a mindset of growth! I take delight when my clients show a willingness to make improvements to better the quality of their lives. Using a solution-focused approach, we work together to overcome barriers such as childhood adversity, conflicting relationships, major life challenges, and losses. My approach to providing therapy includes trauma-focused work, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and strengthening communication to help improve relationships.
