Emotions can be overwhelming, confusing, and ultimately too much to sift through on our own. What do they all mean? What exactly am I feeling? Who can I turn to for help navigating these feelings I have been sitting with for so long? This can feel isolating and make us feel undeserving of the support we need. These big and confusing emotions we hold onto stop us from finding our true selves and unlocking our full potential. Leaning fully into who we are, gaining greater awareness of ourselves and the world around us, and growing to love the true person you are begins in this space. I hold a Master’s in Community Mental Health Counseling from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor’s degree from Rochester Institute of Technology, which equip me to guide you through this journey with empathy and understanding.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Here you can expect to focus on the emotional space. Together we will work through those emotional layers and identify what we want to do with those emotions. Mixing humor, knowledge, and personal connection I make this space feel more like a hang out than a therapy zoom call. My job is to guide you to be a more informed version of yourself.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I specialize in working with adults, older adults, and folks in the LGBTQ+ community who struggle with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I work with many clients from several different communities and different ethnic backgrounds. I want this space to feel safe for all.
