Psychotherapist

I’m a child and adolescent therapist committed to helping young people and their families navigate emotional and behavioral challenges with care and confidence. Through secure, engaging telehealth sessions, I create a space where children feel heard, teens feel seen, and families begin to heal. Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, big feelings, or life transitions, I partner with caregivers to build connection, strengthen coping skills, and support lasting emotional growth. My approach My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story. Whether I’m working with children, families, or individuals, I aim to create a safe, supportive environment that fosters trust, growth, and meaningful change. I believe in meeting people where they are and walking alongside them as they move toward healing, clarity, and a greater sense of well-being. My focus Whether your child or adolescent is struggling with anxiety, depression, big emotions, behavior challenges, or life transitions, I’m here to help you navigate it together. Young children don’t always have the words to express what they’re feeling, but their behaviors often speak volumes. I create a supportive, engaging virtual space where children can feel safe to explore their emotions through play, creativity, and conversation. I help children build emotional regulation, problem-solving, and communication skills, while also boosting their self-esteem and sense of safety. Therapy with children is always a collaborative process—I involve caregivers along the way to ensure the support continues beyond our sessions. Adolescence is a time of big change—emotionally, socially, and developmentally. Many teens feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck. I offer a nonjudgmental space where teens can be themselves, talk about what’s going on, and learn skills to manage anxiety, depression, identity struggles, or stress from school, family, or friends.
