What should a new client know about working with you?

My current focus is working with individuals diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illnesses, such as Bipolar Disorder and Major Depression. I also support those with trauma histories, relationship challenges, identity exploration, self-esteem building, and managing stress or anxiety. Whether you're navigating complex mental health concerns or just need someone to talk to, I am here to help. I have experience working with military veterans and am proud to offer an LGBTQA+-affirming space for all. I create an environment that is ex-religious friendly, spiritually open, and even leans a bit "woowoo." My approach is always respectful, optimistic, and warm, ensuring inclusivity for all.
