“Adrienne is helping me through a very tough time in my life. The only way I’m able to get through it is through sessions with her. I can’t make any rash decisions. I can tell her anything and she will tell me why I’m thinking what I’m thinking, and I need that. I need to know the ‘why’ behind my feelings and I appreciate that she’s able to work through it with me.”

If so, we can work collaboratively to find solutions that fit your personality, lifestyle, and comfort-all while encouraging healthy well-being. I'm a sex therapist passionate about improving your sexual and mental wellness. I advocate for destigmatizing sex and everything that comes with it. With a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Prairie View A&M University, I bring specialized knowledge to support you. Whether you're navigating different relationship dynamics, mental or emotional distress, kink, or medical issues affecting sexual health, function, behaviors, or identity, I'm here to help. Hit me up to start your journey toward confidence and wellness. "The universe doesn't give you what you ask for with your thoughts-it gives you what you demand with your actions." - Steve Maraboli

What should a new client know about working with you?

Our initial session will be focused on helping me to understand the issue that brings you to therapy in this moment, what your hopes are, and what barriers there are to you achieving your goals. I will begin to form a plan of treatment, clarify any diagnoses we are working with, and be sure you feel we are a good fit. If you choose to continue in therapy, we will generally continue by meeting weekly. During this phase you will always have a part of your goal that you are focusing on between sessions; perhaps tracking thoughts or feelings, or practicing some new coping skill. Over the next weeks or months you will likely find that you are doing that more on your own, and we will begin to meet less frequently. You are free to stop therapy at any time; or to return if your situation changes.

In-network insurances

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
