I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University, which informs my compassionate and thoughtful approach. As your therapist, I will guide you in self-discovery and understanding the patterns and themes in your life. You will expand your awareness of emotions and embodiment as we explore and get curious together. There will be space for all the unique intersections (gender, sexuality, religion/spirituality, race/ethnicity) that make up who you are. You can learn how to flourish in every part of your identity.
