What should a new client know about working with you?

I help clients identify unhelpful patterns, clarify goals, and reduce anxiety and stress. Using DBT, the Gottman Method and Somatic Therapy, we process emotions, increase body awareness, and build tools for balance, connection, and lasting change.I’m authentic, relatable, and sometimes use laughter as a tool for healing.
