I will empower you to find your inner strengths, and to use your voice.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our sessions will be about 50-60 minutes in length, once a week on a telehealth platform. I provide an open, non-judgmental, safe space for you to share, and I will provide feedback, and suggest ways to navigate through what you have going on, and provide a listening ear.
