What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process begins with building rapport and gathering the information necessary to truly understand who a client is and what they’re hoping to gain from therapy. From there, I help them explore the mind–body connection, recognize patterns, and understand how past experiences and learned responses may be impacting their present. Together, we work toward greater awareness, clarity, and meaningful change.
