Areas of interest: -Couples -Family therapy -Attachment -Trauma -Relationship difficulties -Teens (anxiety & depression) -Adults (anxiety & depression) If you are feeling stressed, anxious, or emotionally distant, you aren't alone. Many individuals and couples find themselves trapped in cycles of exhaustion and isolation, struggling to maintain intimacy or trust. We often get stuck in patterns that feel impossible to break on our own, but identifying those patterns is the first step toward freedom. My mission is to help you shine a light on these habits and work alongside you to break them. I believe true healing begins when we reconnect with ourselves; only then can we authentically connect with others and transform our relationships. In our work together, we honor the wisdom of Viktor Frankl: "Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response." In our sessions, we will explore your emotional experiences within that space and create new pathways to connection to self and others. Using an attachment-based and trauma-informed approach, I provide a compassionate environment for teenagers, adults, and couples to gently heal emotional wounds. Whether we are navigating past trauma or improving daily communication, our goal is to move from "stuck" to secure, fulfilling, and emotionally connected. Outside of the therapy room, I find my own balance through spending quality time with family and friends, breathwork, painting, and skiing. I believe that finding joy in the small things is a vital part of the healing journey.
