What should a new client know about working with you?

During our time together, I will support and empower you through a holistic, person-centered, strengths-based approach. Together, we will uncover and define your true priorities in life, explore and learn ways to manage those priorities, and implement strategies and techniques that work for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our sessions will take place virtually. Building rapport is an essential part of the therapeutic relationship and I want to hear your story! My goal is to make everyone feel comfortable and build a trusting relationship with my clients. This is a safe non-judgemental space to help you process any challenges you have been facing and gain skills/tools to assist you with decreasing work and life stress and increasing motivation, self-esteem, self-regulation, and more.
