I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over five years of experience supporting individuals and families through trauma, grief, identity shifts, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities and shaped by a deep respect for the complexity of human healing. I work with adults, adolescents, and families—particularly those who have experienced childhood trauma, religious harm, systemic oppression, or strained family relationships. My clients are often women, LGBTQ+ individuals, cycle-breakers, and those navigating the long arc of healing. In our work together, I draw from EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT, ACT, parts work (IFS-informed), somatic awareness, and mindfulness-based practices. I tailor sessions to meet each client where they are—with compassion, curiosity, and a belief in their innate capacity to heal. While my work is clinically grounded, I also honor the importance of connection, intuition, and meaning-making in the healing process.
