What should a new client know about working with you?

I like to make the sessions proactive and interactive. I believe in treating a person as a whole. This means addressing: the body, mind and soul connection. During any given session, we will explore feelings, cognitive process and behavior. I invite patients to bring up a situation that they would like to explore and change. We then practice different techniques to manage or change the situation during the session. Once the patients have been able to practice coping skills to transform or manage the situation, they will be exhorted to apply those techniques to this and other events their lives. Therapy is a collaborative process. I am here to support you gaining the knowledge, skills, and motivation to live and embrace the life that you would like to have.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
