My experiences in childhood led me to supportive counselors who helped me navigate my new future. These people showed me how important effective therapy is for processing past trauma and mental health issues, which inspired me to dive into this field.
I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Louisiana, equipping me with the skills to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
I want to offer you a safe and inclusive space focused on connection and personalization. Each individual has a unique journey, and I am committed to getting to know yours by creating a customized treatment plan designed around your specific needs and goals.

What should a new client know about working with you?
I am skilled at working with clients from diverse backgrounds, who struggle with mood disorders, substance abuse, addiction, depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, and identity issues. In most cases, it is hard to find a counselor clients can connect with. I am dedicated to understanding the unique struggles of clients–therapy is never a one-size-fits-all approach. I am trained to help clients figure out tangible solutions to issues and develop skills to meet their goals.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I have been at the receiving end of therapy a few times, and I know it can be hard. It takes courage and dedication to acknowledge there is a problem that needs fixing. One of the most challenging things for both clients and clinicians is when it seems like therapy isn't producing results. I firmly believe you are the expert on your life, and I value your insights. I aim to collaborate with you to ensure your satisfaction and equip you with the right tools to successfully navigate through future challenges.
