Psychotherapist

At times, everyone worries about situations in their life. At times, everyone feels sad, and they do not know why. If either of these scenarios applies to you, then I have the services to help you. My approach I often use talk therapy in my practice. With play therapy, we will use your interests to develop the client-therapist relationship while simultaneously addressing your concerns. With CBT, we will focus on the causes behind your thoughts and feelings and implement coping methods. My focus I work with clients who need help managing depression, trauma, anxiety, and stress. We will strive to discover your major concerns, set goals, and find coping methods that are effective. Many of my clients have ended their sessions feeling relieved and accomplished in managing their minds with their own newly developed strength. My communication style In my sessions, my clients are the only priority. I allow my clients to express their thoughts and feelings during a session without judgment and full privacy. My sessions maintain a calm atmosphere that encourages my clients to feel welcomed and secure. My journey to mental healthcare I have practiced for four years in clinical therapy. I was supervised by two Licensed Clinical Master Social Workers while obtaining my 4000 hrs of clinical therapy. I am licensed in both Nevada and Michigan. I wanted the skill set to help people find their best selves. So, I made it my passion to fulfill and practice my dream. My goals for you My goal for every client is to help them gain one step closer to understanding what bothers them. If you want to start this journey, then I am here to walk that path with you. My first session with you In your first session, we will strive to discover your goals, interests, and apply therapy methods that suit your needs.
