I also incorporate tools from parts work, inner child healing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Whether this is your first time in therapy or you've been in therapy in the past, I want our sessions to be a space where you can fully be yourself. My goals for you When we start working together, we'll discuss your goals and expectations for therapy. Along the way, we'll check in to see how you feel about your progress, and we can adjust your goals or treatment as needed. Therapy is a flexible process and not one-size-fits-all.
