We all get stuck, but we don't have to stay that way. Therapy is a place for new beginnings—beginning to learn about ourselves, beginning to increase self-love and appreciation, beginning to heal. I believe all individuals are unique, so therapy is not one size fits all. I aim to meet each client where they are, with understanding and a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation for a transformative process. Most of us are doing the best we can with what we've received from our loved ones and early experiences. My goal is to have you leave with more, and for your best to only get better. I specialize in working with clients navigating life transitions—whatever they may be—and the feelings that often come with them, such as depression, anxiety, loss or feeling lost, and the big "what now" questions. Additionally, I draw on my personal experience as a former Division 1 athlete to support current and former athletes. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can express yourself openly and freely. Together, we will work on the areas where you feel you struggle most, exploring new perspectives, ideas, and skills to create positive change in your life. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Pepperdine University, which informs my approach and commitment to your growth. I would be happy to speak with you and see if we are a good fit.
