Getting to know Ajita Purohit

Whether through meditation, words, or movement, I am ready to help you move you through “this” into the next phase of your life. Most of my social work career was in the case management area, so problem-solving treatment, motivational interviewing, setting and knocking down goals is a favorite approach of mine. I’m also a certified, trained yoga and meditation instructor, and reiki master, so I also am able to incorporate eastern philosophy into our work together. Whatever the approach, we are in this together. “This” could be depression, anxiety, transitions, loss, life. Let me help guide you to find your strengths, embrace your innate resiliency, and reach your best you.
