We are all trying to achieve something in life. We all want better for ourselves. My approach focuses on your strengths to support your personal growth. Life can be hectic at times and throw curveballs at us. We are required to adapt to the various obstacles we encounter. My goal is to ensure that you feel safe and equipped to handle life's ever-changing circumstances. I pride myself on being personable and do not consider myself your average therapist. I will laugh with you, be silent with you, and do whatever you need to feel comfortable. With over five years of experience working with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma, I also specialize in supporting overachievers, overthinkers, persistent depression, reactive attachment disorder, social anxiety, and personal development. I am multicultural competent and always keep your values in mind during sessions. I hold a Master's degree in Community Counseling from Argosy University, which has provided me with a strong foundation to support diverse clients effectively. Clients can expect a relaxed environment filled with passion and non-judgment. As your therapist, we will be a team. I promise to move at your pace and meet you where you are in your life. A sense of connection, safety, honesty, and open-mindedness are the values I strive to uphold.
