I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) engaged in private practice. I provide direct mental health psychotherapy services to clients 18+. I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, as well as a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree also from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. I am certified through the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) and have been licensed by the state of Missouri since 2015 as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), and in 2017 as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I also hold Clinical Social Work licenses in Illinois, Georgia, Arizona, and Texas. I work collaboratively with clients to create tailored treatment plans that help each client reach their therapeutic goals. Clients’ goals may include managing depression, anxiety, diagnostic symptoms, enhancing coping skills, learning and implementing anger management techniques, processing grief and loss, resolving interpersonal conflict, as well as working closely with those who have been impacted by direct or vicarious trauma, community violence, sexual abuse, and various forms of stress. In addition, I have experience working with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), helping clients who need therapeutic intervention to balance work-life stress.
