Psychotherapist

Each person I have the honor of coming into contact with allows me into their life in a unique way that I deeply value and from which I consistently gain greater humility. I believe that underneath everything, we all wish to be Seen and Heard for who we perceive our most authentic Self to be. That is why I prioritize creating a safe, affirming, and genuinely inclusive space for exploring the psyche through the lens in which you view your sense of Self and lived experiences. From here, my intention is to walk alongside you on a journey of continually discovering what being authentic means to you, for you, our relationship, and the world around you. While I work with all kinds of folx, I specialize in supporting adults, teens, and couples who identify as Trans, LGBTQIA+, creatives, trauma survivors, and those with trauma-related lived experiences involving religion and spirituality. My approach is mindful, intentional, and creative, with a willingness to be with you exactly as you are. I strongly believe that depth, insight, freedom, and healing occur within the long-term relational experience of psychoanalysis. Thus, I value building long-term relationships with my patients and find it best to honor this by meeting together one to two times weekly. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, which informs my commitment to providing thoughtful, compassionate care.
