What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in supporting Adults (21 & up) and Couples with: Anxiety, Depression, Neurodivergence, Grief & Loss, LGBTQIA mental health, Complex Family Issues, Relationship Issues, Relational Trauma, Sexual Trauma, Existential Concerns, Identity Development, Life Transitions, Men's Issues, and Systemic Stress. Practicing from an anti-racist, trauma-informed lens, I utilize EMDR Informed, Existential, Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Self-Compassion, Hard Reduction and Mindfulness approaches in my work with clients. With couples, I utilize the Gottman Method. I am currently undergoing my EMDR training, and will begin accepting new clients for EMDR starting March 9th, 2026. Grounded in liberation psychology, I also emphasize the importance of intersectionality, empowerment, resistance, and the influence of oppressive systems on our well-being.
