I have experience in working with a wide range of clients, including, but not limited to, individuals and families in the postpartum period, as well as individuals living with chronic illness and those who have survived sexual violence. I additionally have experience in working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, and other difficult life transitions. Every client is unique, and I would love to meet you!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Finding a therapist that you feel is the right fit for you or your loved one can be a challenge! In my time as a licensed social worker, I have worked with clients as young as late childhood to seniors. In my sessions, people of all races/ethnicities, genders, socioeconomic statuses, and sexual orientations are welcome. The most important thing is that my clients feel comfortable in the space we have created together and are ready to navigate life’s obstacles in therapy!
