I am an LCSW based out of Southern Kentucky but originally from Middle Tennessee. I made my way to the beloved Commonwealth of Kentucky to complete my undergraduate degree in Applied Human Sciences with a focus on family and child studies at Western Kentucky University (WKU). Go Tops! I liked WKU enough that I stuck around for another two years, where I completed my Master’s in Social Work.
Unfortunately, I was not granted a wand with my degree to make everyone’s life magically better, but I was granted the opportunity to help every client I serve. As your therapist, I promise to respect, support, and collaborate with you to establish the best way to navigate through the trials and tribulations of life.

I have absolutely loved my time with Alayna thus far. She feels more like a friend that I look forward to talking to each week rather than my therapist. She takes the time to truly understand where you are coming from and always finds a way to help. We laugh a majority of our session and I always look forward to our weekly chats.
