She listens to me and then asks questions to get me thinking of how I feel and training my brain to become healthier and strong. I had so much negativity about myself and my life. It’s been a true blessing to have Alba to help me every week. I am so thankful to have found her. I always feel so much better once I talk with every week

Ana Giraldo she its the best of the best. Since i moved to myrtle beach iam dealing with a lot of stress, depresion, anxiety and without her and god i couldn't made it. God bless her and her family
