My name is Alba Reyes; I am first generation bicultural/bilingual (English/Spanish) Latina Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have a Master's degree in Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work and over 20 years of experience working with children; adolescents; families and adults across a variety of settings (in-home; schools; clinics). I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, PTSD, ADHD, anger management, stress management, conflict resolution, women’s issues, life transitions, self-esteem, cross cultural issues and trauma with special interest in adolescent health, BIPOC, Latinx Culture. My practice focuses on the psychological and social well-being of the individual. I’m passionate about helping people improve their lives by developing better cognitive and emotional skills.
