I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults, couples, and families on relationship challenges, communication issues, anxiety, and life transitions. My focus is on the patterns that shape how you connect with the people closest to you and what happens when those patterns stop working.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Most of the people I work with aren't in crisis. They're dealing with things like recurring conflict with a partner, tension that's built up over time in a family, anxiety that's bleeding into their relationships, or a transition that's shaken up how they see themselves. They've often tried to push through on their own and are ready for something different.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I'm direct, collaborative, and practical. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, which means we'll work on understanding the emotional patterns underneath your challenges while also building concrete skills you can use right away. My goal is to help you make real, lasting changes in how you communicate, handle conflict, and show up in your relationships.

Ongoing session: $200 for 30 minutes

Sliding scale: Offers lower out-of-pocket fees on an individual basis, typically based on your ability to pay
