I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with supervision designation in Texas. I have over a decade of professional experience in the mental health field and a few more decades of experience in the school of life. Throughout my career I have worked with children, adults, family's, and couples with a focus on healing. I use a person-centered and solution focused approach with a foundation on relationships. Our choices are informed by our experiences. We will collaborate to help you understand your own personal decision-making compass and how it was developed and if you decide to, how we can start to change it to help you to make healthier choices. My life, like my career has focused on relationships and how they develop, inform and sometimes scar us. I have worked with client's navigating a spectrum of traumatic experiences.
