This diverse background allows me to bring a unique perspective to our sessions. I have extensive experience in helping with addiction. It has been said that addiction is a "feeling disease," and whether it is a substance addiction or a behavioral addiction (e.g., gambling, food, spending, sex), I focus on addressing the addiction by resolving the feelings behind it, along with providing practical support for long-term recovery. Therapy looks different for everyone, and we will collaborate to create a supportive and empowering therapeutic relationship tailored to your specific needs. My clients often describe me as warm, friendly, and easy to talk to and confide in. Together, we will work towards your goals, ensuring that you feel heard and understood throughout the process.
