My treatment are focused on a holistic view, seeing the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. Challenge areas that I focus in treatment are depression, anxiety, grief and loss, substance use, LGBTQ+ related issues, spiritual/faith based, goal setting, weight management and body dysmorphia. I am a LGBTQ+ affirming therapist. My treatment modalities are based on your needs, using a mixture of CBT, ACT, DBT, strength perspective, faith base, and solution focus.
