I am Alberto Tcah, LMHC, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping adults navigate emotional challenges, life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and stress-related difficulties. I provide a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and personal experiences. My therapeutic approach is individualized and evidence-based, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other supportive interventions to help clients build resilience, improve coping skills, and create meaningful emotional growth. I also have experience supporting caregivers and families coping with dementia and other medically related emotional challenges.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
