What should a new client know about working with you?

I enjoy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as that is the approach I have most experience with, but have also had success in DBT, Exposure Therapy, and Trauma Processing. I also have experience with Play Therapy when working with children.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach to therapy is warm and inviting. I always focus on building rapport from the start, as having a strong therapeutic relationship is essential to making progress in therapy. I strive to maintain flexibility during sessions in order to meet you where you are at, offering both a person-centered approach along cognitive behavioral therapy.
