I cultivate a warm and grounded environment where genuine connection comes first. I work with clients who are tired of "performing" and holding everything together for everyone else. This includes young adults navigating identity confusion, therapy newcomers, and those recovery-minded individuals who are ready to stop just "getting by." I am deeply passionate about helping you unravel the exhaustion of overthinking and self-doubt. We will work together so you can release the need to have all the answers and finally prioritize your own emotional resilience.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I support adults who feel the constant weight of trying to manage unhealthy relationship patterns, anxiety, or the complexities of recovery. My approach is ideal for those moving through major life transitions or the specific pressures of emerging adulthood. I help clients work through the exhausting loops of people-pleasing and the pressure to meet others' expectations. I understand that the path to healing isn't always linear, and I offer a direct, non-judgmental space where your full, unfiltered self is always welcome.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for all real change. My priority is to create a safe, holistic environment where you feel truly heard and steady rather than analyzed. We will focus on building a rapport that allows you to finally lower your guard and move past simple coping. From that foundation of trust, we will collaboratively build practical strategies—focusing on boundaries and emotional grounding—so you can make confident decisions for a future that feels aligned with who you actually are.

I am in-network in PA and FL with Aetna, Quest Behavioral Health, Northwell Direct, Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA, Independence Blue Cross PA, Carelon Behavioral Health and Cigna. I also accept Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ in FL (ONLY).
I am otherwise out-of-network with all major insurance companies, and out of network with ALL insurance in Vermont. I offer a superbill to be submitted to insurance. My office can assist with verifying and explaining out of network benefits, and initial reimbursement submissions. I also offer sliding scale.
