Welcome! Bienvenidos! My therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that holistic care is crucial to supporting and healing ourselves, our families, and our communities. As a bilingual, bicultural therapist, I actively integrate clients' cultural identities and strengths into therapy. Through my background and experience as a school social worker and working with young people, I have developed a passion for working with adolescents and adults.
Developing a solid therapeutic alliance is my number one goal. I believe that all change comes out of a meaningful connection. I will hear your story to co-create goals that will allow you to live your life with ease, joy, and confidence. I believe you have a story worth telling, and I will provide a safe and affirming space for you to speak your truth and explore your inner world with more openness and self-love. We will take a holistic approach and consider the various aspects of your life. I will support you in centering and guiding you in this healing process.
I hold a Bachelor's and a Master's in Social Work from the University of Chicago, as well as a Master's in Educational Leadership from the University of California, Los Angeles.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Through my therapeutic approach, we will take a holistic perspective and consider the various aspects of your life. I will support in centering you, supporting, and guiding you in this healing process. We will go over client confidentiality, cancellation, and appointment policies and review a treatment plan together in order to achieve your target goals.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
