Hi, I am Alejandra Luke, but I’m never going to make you say all that. That’s a mouthful! Lol I go by Luke like “Luke-Skywalker” and it’s a pleasure meeting you! I am fully licensed in Georgia with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients of all ages with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, parenting and family issues, motivation, adjusting to new environments, self esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process for the simple reason that you matter, and so do your hopes and dreams. Treatment will center around what YOU want to work on and towards. Utilizing this approach and a combination of others (Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Strength Based, and Trauma Informed Care) we will foster trust and a therapeutic alliance to help set and reach your desired goals. It is my goal to create a safe space where you are able to vent and process your thoughts free of judgement. As a society, we don’t often receive that courtesy, so it is my mission to provide you with an environment that’s conducive to the honor, respect, and support needed to do so! I look forward to working with you and developing a therapeutic bond that allows you to flourish and progress towards those goals you’ve been striving for!
