Hello, I'm Alena. I have had the privilege of working with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I especially enjoy helping individuals and families navigate these transitions, providing support and guidance during times of change. Over the years, I have also dedicated a significant portion of my practice to working with families dealing with caregiver support, dementia, and care management. I understand the complexities involved and strive to help families navigate these challenging systems with compassion and expertise. My counseling style is rooted in a strengths-based perspective, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing. Most importantly, I believe in meeting clients where they are. Together, we will set small, attainable goals and focus on finding the positives in each step of your journey. I am committed to walking side by side with you through your challenges. If you show up, I'll show up, ready to support you every step of the way. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and support you on your path to well-being.
