Getting to know Alenka Larsen
Hi! My name is Alenka Larsen. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Central Florida and am licensed as an LMSW in Texas and an LCSW in Massachusetts. I work with children (10 and older), adolescents, and adults struggling with issues such as OCD, depression/anxiety, trauma, body dysmorphia, and self-harm.
My experiences have led me to work with individuals of all ages facing a variety of mental health challenges. I have an in-depth knowledge of OCD and take a client-centered, strengths-based approach to therapy, using CBT techniques as the cornerstone of my practice.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I believe in the power of sincere, non-judgmental support and seek to create a collaborative space where I can help guide you toward developing positive changes in your life. I would love to actively work with you in accomplishing your goals.

I prioritize creating a collaborative and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to navigate their challenges. With a focus on client-centered care, I tailor therapy to meet the unique needs and strengths of each individual. Drawing from my training in OCD and utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I guide clients in developing effective coping strategies and fostering positive changes in their lives. Together, we work towards achieving their goals and promoting mental well-being.
