I’m so glad you’re here! Reaching out for help can be a scary, overwhelming, and daunting task. It’s not easy to admit when you’re struggling, especially when you don’t understand what’s going on inside your own mind. If you’re beginning to take the steps to therapy, be proud and never underestimate your strength. I’d like to be here for you on this new journey in your life, to figure out the ups and downs, and help you progress the way you’re looking for.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I’m a certified CASAC (Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor) and have experience with substance abuse and mental health counseling. I’ve worked with adolescents and adults, and have always had a passion for working with children. I believe in using a collaborative, motivational, psychodynamic approach. It’s important to understand who you are and where you want to be, so let's figure it out!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I’ve worked with individuals who struggle with addiction, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma, and personality disorders. There’s been a stigma against mental health for many years, and let’s work together to break it and recognize that what you’re going through is valid. I’m happy you’re here, and I would absolutely love the opportunity to work with you!
