What is your typical process for working with clients?

I have a positive and holistic approach to therapy. I focus on a person centered approach — meaning you are in charge, we go at your speed and things should always be comfortable for you during therapy. As well as a Solution Focused Approach - meaning we work together to get to the solution of your concerns as soon as possible.
