I love helping people cope with these adjustments and the barriers that interfere. The adjustment could be a new job, getting married, losing a loved one, or entering into retirement. Barriers may include mental health issues, financial stress, identity issues, spiritual issues, family conflict, and struggles with self-esteem. Everyone deserves to be happy, and I would love to assist you on your road to happiness. I am comfortable working with people from all different backgrounds. My population specialties are LGBTQ and adults. I also enjoy working with young adults and adolescents in their transition to becoming adults.
