In our work together, I draw from several therapeutic approaches—CBT, solution-focused techniques, person-centered therapy, and motivational interviewing. My goal is to help you deepen your awareness of how your emotions, thoughts, physical sensations, and behaviors connect, and to guide you in developing healthy, effective coping skills.

I truly believe as a therapist, it's very important to be open-minded and non-judgmental when working with clients as well as to build a safe therapeutic rapport.
