Grief Group *TUESDAYS 3-4PM ET* Experiencing grief after loss is natural, but it can become crippling. Are you struggling through simple, everyday actions like eating and sleeping? Intense emotions like anger, sadness, guilt, and numbness can make it difficult to function. This group will help you find ways to live with your grief in a healthy way. Anxiety & Depression Group *THURSDAYS 7-8PM ET* If you’re used to living in fear or coping with the daily stress of feeling on edge, worried, or stressed, these physical sensations can be directly tied to anxiety and/or depression. Discover the freedom of anxiety-free living in this Anxiety & Depression therapy group. Alexa will help you learn to manage these physical symptoms, along with leveraging Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify triggers, challenge negative thought patterns, and establish more constructive behaviors for the improved mental health & wellbeing you deserve.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

After booking a group therapy time via Zocdoc, you'll receive an email with Grouport's sign up form. Please fill this out so that they can better assess your mental health needs and assure you're joining the right group for you. You'll schedule a free quick consultation with one of Grouport's clinical coordinators and then will be ready to join your weekly group therapy sessions. The sessions will be held virtually for 60 once a week, with a group of up to 12 people going through similar mental health experiences. You're going to love the safe, supportive setting you'll experience in every group therapy session. Get ready to learn from others in a community of people who care about your progress.
