Prior to joining Growing Mindset Therapy, I provided in-home therapy to children and families in Morris County. I have been working in the field for over 8 years, with experience in community non-profits, schools, inpatient programs, and private practice. I strive to help couples, families, and individuals overcome any obstacles they experience. I'd say that I'm very straight forward. I want to work in collaboration with my clients to help you in achieving your goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process with clients pretty simple. I start by building a relationship, and creating a safe place. Then, we talk about your goals + work to address those areas and find solutions together.
