What is your typical process for working with clients?
During our first few sessions, we’ll focus on understanding what brings you in and what you’d like to get out of therapy. We'll explore your goals and identify what feels most important to you right now. From there, our sessions might include developing coping strategies, processing past experiences, increasing self-awareness, and identifying patterns that may be holding you back. Therapy is always a collaborative process — I invite your feedback and check in regularly to make sure we’re moving in a direction that feels helpful and aligned with your needs.
