I earned my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University. I work with adults ages 18-64 and specialize in anxiety, grief, life transitions, OCD, binge eating, family conflict, and self-esteem. I use CBT, ACT, and psychodynamic therapy to help my clients make progress and start feeling better. My approach to therapy varies based on each client's needs. I tailor CBT, ACT, and psychodynamic techniques to promote long-term healing and well-being. My communication style is calm, collaborative, personable, and non-judgmental. I want my clients to feel comfortable opening up and working through their challenges. I was drawn to becoming a therapist because I have always been deeply interested in helping others. From an early age, I noticed how transformative it can be when someone feels truly heard and understood, and I want to provide that kind of support. With natural empathy and curiosity about human behavior, I aim to make a positive impact on people's lives. What ultimately inspired me was realizing that therapy offers a chance to heal, grow, and navigate life's challenges meaningfully. I believe everyone has the potential for change, and I want to be part of that process-helping people uncover their strengths, gain insight, and develop tools to lead more fulfilling lives. I approach goal setting collaboratively, engaging clients to ensure goals are meaningful and aligned with their values.
