Psychotherapist
790 Estate Dr, Ste 200, Deerfield, IL
You’re doing everything you can to keep up, but somehow it still feels like you’re falling behind. Maybe your mind never fully shuts off, your to-do list keeps growing, or you find yourself stuck in cycles of exhaustion, overwhelm, and frustration for not being able to “just stick to a plan.” Burnout can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself, emotionally drained, unmotivated, and critical of your own struggles. Together, we can explore the deeper patterns contributing to over exhaustion while building realistic, compassionate strategies that actually fit your life. I specialize in working with individuals who feel overwhelmed by their emotions, disconnected from themselves, and/or out of control - especially during seasons of transition like pregnancy, postpartum, or major life changes. Together, we'll work to understand what's underneath these patterns so you can feel more grounded, supported, and in control. Please feel free to reach out via phone or email and I’ll get back to you within one business day and can currently accept intake appointments within one week of booking. (Currently practicing at Cognitive Behavioral Health in Illinois under Dr. Shelley Daniels)

What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapeutic process is ultimately collaborative. Together we can work to find techniques and methods to alleviate your symptoms and discover how to organize your life to facilitate lasting change. Certificates and Specializations: - Women's Mental Health Specialist Certificate (PESI) - Maternal Mental Health - Postpartum Period - Anxiety - Weight-Related Concerns & Body Image Concerns

What is your typical process for working with clients?

After an initial intake session we will work together to decide what therapy will look like for you. No two clients have the exact same process so frequency and duration of sessions is a goal that will be set with you and can be adjusted anytime throughout our sessions together.
