Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of how to move forward? With more than eight years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, I am comfortable supporting clients with a wide range of needs and diagnoses. I meet each client where they are and work collaboratively with them to build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and create realistic steps toward meaningful change. What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families experiencing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, mood disorders, infidelity, grief and trauma, stress, life transitions, and serious mental illness. My approach is flexible and individualized because no single method works for everyone.

I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free environment where you can be honest about what you are experiencing without fear of criticism.
